We are looking for a qualified Head Technical Account Manager to join our multinational team. 

As a Head of TAM you will be overseeing and addressing our customers’ technical needs, you will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring always customer satisfaction.
We are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. If you are the one we are looking for, please apply

What you will be doing:

  • Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to provide the best technical support to our clients.

  • Analyze prospects’ business and technical requirements, and help planning solutions that meet those needs

  • In some cases, you will need to work together with product development teams to customize products for individual customers.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve

  • You will need to monitor the progress of product installations to ensure that they are successful. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring the support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products. By monitoring product performance and associated support needs, you can also be able to identify opportunities to upgrade or modify products so that they meet customers’ needs more effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related studies

  • Informs and trains clients about products and their use

  • Reports customer feedback

  • Responds in a timely way to product-related inquiries

  • Coordinates with the sales team
  • Knowledge in the following technologies is excluding:

  • SQL

  • Programming (capable of reading and understanding OOP code for understanding system behaviours)

  • REST APIs

  • Business Intelligence tools

  • Experience in the following areas is a plus: New Relic and Linux

  • Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and work effectively with them.

  • Excellent analytical & technical skills, Proactive and detailed oriented
