World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic direction for SharePoint within the organization, including governance policies, best practices, and standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, align SharePoint solutions with business needs.
  • Provide progress updates and manage department expectations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to end users to promote effective and efficient use of SharePoint including best practices and change management.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise security measures for SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Ensure security considerations are integrated throughout the SPO lifecycle.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 2 or more years of work experience in a business environment.
  • Critical thinking and good attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to manage multiple issues and demands.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint customization using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Apps, and other related tools.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint features, capabilities, security, permissions, and best practices.
  • Possess significant expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online site collection administration duties which include managing permissions for the top level SPO site and sub-site collections. Furthermore, building tools, visualizing data, managing SPO features, content management, conduct audits, create reports, and manage search capabilities.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration with other business applications and systems.
  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment).
