Campaign Developer

• Lead the development and execution of SFMC campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Work extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data extensions to prepare and optimize data for campaign deployment.
• Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
• Generate and analyze campaign attribution and performance reports, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and support campaign execution.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for continuous improvement of email campaigns.
• Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates for various campaigns.
• Assist in the implementation of Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing.
• Support the management of SFMC and complementary technology systems daily, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate regulations.
• Document technical processes and marketing automation procedures for user adoption and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MS) in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably as a campaign developer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a strong understanding of email studio.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, HTML, and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Journey Builder, AMPscript, HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
