As a BI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing robust data analytics and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making and operations for Latam’s clients.

You will be at the forefront of challenging data visualization and advanced analytics initiatives that will drive business performance in a rapidly evolving digital environment, focusing primarily on product, conversion funnel, customer marketing and e-commerce strategies optimization. You will apply with minimal supervision your advanced data wrangling and analysis skills to extract raw data from a mature big data architecture and transform it into actionable insights and automated solutions.

Liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will translate business questions into data problems and provide analytical support across the organization. You will partner with BI Engineering and Data Science teams to create synergies, align data requirements and improve existing processes and models.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the suite of BI reports, ensuring reliability of information and compliance with data governance standards. Extract data from various sources and perform advanced data analysis to answer diverse business questions. Design, implement and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes. Design and conduct experiments and hypothesis tests. Build and prototype automated models and analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale.Analyze vast amounts of customer data to explain lifecycle paths and trends, and make recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Develop a comprehensive understanding of business metrics across the organization. Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization and act as a go-to person for various analytics themes. Assess and report data quality issues. Degree in a related filed and hands-on experience in BI, Analytics or Data Science projects. Proven data-technology skills including advanced SQL and Tableau or similar reporting tool. Advanced data analysis skills and expertise in Python, R or similar programming language. Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to non-technical staff.
