THE WORK

  • Lead engineering teams, at a project level, to ensure a successful and timely delivery of work to our clients, adhering to our standards of excellence
  • Architect technical solutions using the latest cloud services, frontend/backend frameworks, and software libraries
  • Cocreate with multidisciplinary team members across projects and studios to ensure quality is embedded at both the process and programme levels
  • Provide support and mentorship to our engineering teams across North America, Portugal and the UK
  • Contribute to and help maintain our coding standards and best practices
  • Provide technical sales support on new business opportunities and pitches
  • Gain knowledge in new business domains by helping build teams for the purposes of designing, developing and delivering impactful solutions
  • Leverage your soft skills in collaboration, communication and client relationship management
Actively contribute to the strategy, growth and management of our client's engineering team


NEEDED EXPERTISE- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience (professional certification is a plus) 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer or Developer, in the context of software design, web development and technical delivery Strong front-end development skills with 5+ years of experience using React and TypeScript Extensive use of content management systems, databases, test-driven development, data structures and design patterns Excellent communication skills with experience presenting work to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders Significant depth of knowledge of cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)

,Comprehension of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, SEO, performance and analytics Ability to translate technical language to be understood by a broader audience Track-record of working on new business opportunities and pitches Experience with mentoring less senior team membersOUR BENEFITS & PERKS
