Procurement Officer

- Receiving and analyzing purchase requests from customers
- Purchase Order processes
- Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
- Managing expediting and delivery processes
- Structured and secure data towards global ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
- Preferred: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in International Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain, business or economics
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment is a plus
- Strong communication in English is a must (written and oral)
- Ownership to take responsibility for results
- Candoattitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
- Stressresistant
- Discipline and structure
- Microsoft Office (sufficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Familiar with an ERP system (SAP, Dynamics)
- Multicultural teamwork and clear communication in an international context
- Curious mindset towards problem solving and efficiency
- Energy and willingness to learn inside the industrial environment
- Passion for sourcing, procurement, and supply chain
- A sincere and humble attitude
- Ambassador of etiquette towards internal and external stakeholders
