Now we are hiring a new
Bookkeeper.

English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions:


  • Spanish: C1 to B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions would be a plus:

At least 4 years of experience in the similar role:


  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree (or equally qualified work experience)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online version
  • Experience with COGS calculation for different products
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Docs, gmail, calendar etc.
  • High level of selforganization and control
  • Ability to remain attentive to details in the conditions of multitasking
  • Proactivity, efficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to think independently and to make decisions
  • Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:

  • Data entry
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Interaction with suppliers in case of missing or wrong invoice
  • Following payroll preparation of the summary, calculation of the part of each company in payroll
  • Preparation of salaries batch payment
  • VAT calculation
  • Profit tax calculation
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables
  • Compliance with international financial standards
