Description:


The Bespoke Learning Specialist will assist the Global Learning Solutions department to provide bespoke training to clients around the world.

The Bespoke Learning
Specialist reports to the Director -Bespoke Learning Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate
    bespoke trainings for onsite and online events for global clients.
  • Interview and select the appropriate trainer to fulfil client training requests.
  • Confirm training logistics with trainers and account managers.
  • Work within specific timeframes for completion of materials.
  • Follow defined processes to document trainings as workplace events in UCMS.
  • Provide a training summary to the account manager following the training session.
  • Host online webinars or record archived sessions, based on client requests.
  • Create content for bespoke learning events, standard topics and orientations.
  • Consult with clients about their training needs.
  • Create content for bespoke learning events.
  • Liaise with local trainers to ensure that training is effectively localized.
  • Ensure that translation of presentations complies with the WPO Translation Policy.
  • Facilitate standard and bespoke training sessions
  • Manage bespoke learning projects as part of WPO's promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve a 98% error free rate for all items completed for distribution at client locations.

  • Expertise in establishing & maintaining data quality standards.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and creatively.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated collaborative orientation and experience working with internal and external customers.
  • Strong overall communications, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills.

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience working in the space of mental health.
Flexibility to work in a variety of time zones.

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, in English, both written and verbal, including sensitivity to working with individuals of different languages and levels of English proficiency.
  • Appreciation for cultural diversity.
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and be highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, and eLearning/LMS systems preferred.
  • Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese are preferred languages.
