As part of a large, global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for managing expenses and various balance sheet items for the Sabre Hospitality Solutions business unit. In this position, you will have the opportunity to interact with a broad and diverse group that includes Strategy, Operations, Sales, and Accounting. This position will report to the Senior Principal of Strategic Finance. The role will require the ability to quickly digest and manipulate large data sets to confidently explain complex concepts.

Role and Responsibilities:
Finance partner to budget owners within Sabre Hospitality Monthly journal entries, variance analysis, and Close reporting In-year forecasting and multi-year planning Ad hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders Drive insights into expenses at a cost center, regional, and product level Support strategic projectsQualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field of study Experience working with globally diverse teams Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to tell the story and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase, and/or other Business Intelligence and data visualization tools Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Excellent communication/data visualization skills with the ability to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment, having comfort with ambiguity Dynamic self-starter with a passion for improving the business while leading, developing and working in teams is a must Knowledge of travel industry and understanding of distribution business models is preferredWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
