Creemos importante que:
- Tengas 5+ años de experiência trabajando en proyectos de Data.
- Que la comunicación sea una de tus habilidades tanto sea oral como escrita.
- Tu nível de inglés sea avanzado.
- Como líder del área de datos es necesario que poseas capacidad de liderazgo para poder gestionar de forma óptima al equipo.
- Hayas trabajado en proyectos donde el análisis de los requerimientos fuera necesario.
- Cuentes con capacidad para interactuar con los clientes y ser referente en la comunicación entre éste y el equipo.
- Las metodologías ágiles sean parte de tu conocimiento y habilidades.
Requisitos Técnicos necesarios:
- Conocimientos avanzados de SQL y Python para el procesamiento de datos (numpy, pandas, pyspark, etc.)
- Experiência en implementación de procesos de ETL / ELT.
- Capacidad de diseñar soluciones Cloud.
- Conocer el stack de datos en Azure (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Lake, Analysis Services)
Es un plus que cuentes con:
- Conocimientos en áreas de Machine Learning / Deep Learning (TensorFlow, Pytorch, XGBoost, scikit-learn, etc)
- Certificaciones de Microsoft
Las principales tareas son:
- Brindar apoyo transversal en distintos equipos poniendo foco técnico en Azure y en la arquitectura de la nube de datos.
- Liderar la célula de datos y desempeñarse de forma estratégica proporcionando soluciones y análisis con visión a futuro.
- Generar mejoras en implementaciones ya realizadas.
- Aplicar habilidades analíticas resolviendo problemas en un entorno de Bigdata.
