Responsibilities: Job Purpose/Mission/Summary:
  • Manages Order to Cash activities specific to the order life cycle, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally within the Supply Chain network for customer satisfaction.
  • Communicates with stakeholders during the order management process.
  • Contributes to process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manages customer orders and ensures timely delivery.
  • Controls and fulfills all orders to meet service level agreements.
  • Analyzes order issues and provides solutions.
  • Communicates and resolves order discrepancies with customers.
  • Provides proactive order status updates.
  • Supports projects impacting Order to Cash Operations.
Education, Experience & Certifications/Basic Requirements:
  • Graduates or advanced students in fields such as Business Administration or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a plus.
  • Experience in order management and customer service is preferred.
  • Advanced English skills required, Portuguese skills valued.
  • Looking for individuals with interpersonal skills, team-working abilities, and problem-solving skills.
