InEvent is rolling out a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program designed for students and recent graduates worldwide. This initiative focuses on offering participants practical training and skill enhancement to identify strengths and establish a professional foundation. Gain hands-on experience, develop sought-after skills, and get paid while honing your talent - all while contributing to our company's objectives.

The program involves a commitment of 20 hours per week for a year, entirely remote. Successful completion may open doors for a full-time position at InEvent. How awesome is that?

Our One-Year Program Process:

The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive three-month Bootcamp program under the guidance of our exceptional team. This training will provide insights into our organization and its various departments - People and Culture, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. Following the Bootcamp, an assessment will evaluate your abilities and determine your best-suited department based on performance and preferences. Spend the remaining 9 months acquiring crucial skills and contributing to your designated department's success.

Our selection criteria:

Upon meeting the requirements, candidates will be requested to submit a video introduction. A final interview will then decide your fit for our team. The entire process typically lasts 2 to 4 weeks.
