He/She masters Agile and Project Management best practices and is versed at implementing them.


He/She will help organize a cross-functional team of Designers, Artists, Engineers, and Product Managers and drive the completion of product goals and facilitate communications, organization, process, and accountability across all departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Must not be afraid to be hands on while fostering a positive & creative environment
  • Lead development and communications of daytoday tasks and scheduling
  • Overcome problems or issues to achieve goals even at hard times
  • Be able to manage team stress and pressure and redirect to a positive outcome and working environment
  • Be able to handle difficult conversations
  • Collaborate with the team to identify roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals and contribute with potential solutions and alternatives
  • Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available resources
  • Provide progress updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a scrum master / project management role, ideally within the games industry, orchestrating work for internal and external game teams
  • Advanced Scrum Master knowledge is desired
  • PMP certification is desired
  • Agile coaching experience is desired
  • Agile product management is desired
  • Intermediate to Advanced English Level
  • Experience using Jira (Kanban, Scrum)/ Confluence (user and settings, automation rules, workflow, templates), Meets, Zoom, Ms Office, Miró, Lucid, Mural, Tableau or similar
  • Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to flex your style depending on the circumstance
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
  • Sense of humor and optimistic approach
  • Experience in group and events facilitation
