**Job Description**:
The position will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility activities for housekeeping, security, kitchen, stationary, vendor management, event management, operations and maintenance of the facility in coordination with internal departments and external vendors for smooth business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Quickly troubleshoot facility related issues
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and overall facilities maintenance
- Establish preventative maintenance schedules and oversee the execution of critical building systems.
- Establish and maintain facility documentation
- Develop an Emergency Response program and manage annual safety drills
- Manage work order requests via ticketing system within established SLA
- Regular monitoring of SLA
- Manage floorplan and seating assignments. Coordinate change requests with internal teams
- Enforce all security protocols. Assure alarms, cameras, and access systems are functioning properly
- Manage daily facility inspections to proactively identify any areas in need of repair and provide a clean, safe and attractive environment
- Provide support during the planning and execution of company events
- Engage with vendors to ensure desired service levels
- Timely collection of bills and processing for payment
- Monitor Housekeeping and regular upkeeping of the facilities

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-4 year’s experience with facilities management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees within Montevideo office as well as with leaders at other locations in US and India
- Ability to multitask and accomplish multiple goals in parallel
- Must work from Altisource’s Montevideo office
