We are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duty will be the end-to-end ownership of extremely complex commercial contracts (ordering, expiring, renewals, install base, asset and version management)
- Create, review and update existing contracts in SAP
- Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contract templates
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
- Special Projects as assigned
- Process documentation
- Assist with creation of labor Projects for contract deliverables
- Assist with movement of labor
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with ability to spot errors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
