En Cencosud buscamos **Product Owner **para sumarse a nuestro equipo, pisando fuerte en LATAM. Trabajamos en un ambiente donde el talento, desarrollo y aprendizaje continuo de nuestros colaboradores y colaboradoras es nuestra principal preocupación.

Será un desafío ideal para aquellas personas apasionadas por la Experiência del Cliente, que disfruten el trabajo en equipo y que porten la proactividad como estandarte.

Entra las tareas se hallará la comunicación interna con los principales stakeholders para establecer la estrategia del producto, definición de KPIs y la priorización de backlog con los cambios y funcionalidades a desarrollar por cada equipo. Se impulsará al equipo en mantener foco siempre en la mejora de la experiência del cliente final, cumplimiento de metodología y resolución de impedimentos.

Serás un agente de cambio en pro de la transformación digital entre las distintas áreas y gerencias que se verán impactadas por tu trabajo.

**Requerimientos del cargo**
- 2 años de experiência en Ecommerce
- Experiência con metodologías ágiles y gestión de KPIs
- Conocimiento técnico básico (interacción entre servicios)
- Capacidad para relacionarse con Stakeholders, buena comunicación, liderazgo y proactividad

**Sumarás bonus points si**
- Tienes experiência en manejo de plataformas de gestión de proyectos (como Jira o Trello)
- Conocimiento de VTex, salesforce u otros
- Manejo de teconologías (API's, JSON, New Relic, Kotlink, Swift, microservicios).
