As our **Chiller and Wholesale Supervisor - Trinidad Based**, you will be responsible for effectively managing the use of chillers in all channels, ensuring increased visibility and sales of products and the development of the business of key wholesalers by ensuring that the Channel Plans are executed.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Manage the Chiller provider by effective optimizing the assists.
- Achieve customer specific sales targets for NPS & NNS and in-store visibility objectives, supporting the overall channel's goals and ensuring data is readily available and accessible on spare parts, all assets located in Trinidad and Tobago, Loan agreements and utilization for any audits.
- Manage the chiller provider execution of Preventive Maintenance. Ensure the use of spare parts is optimized and the right decisions are made removal, maintenance, or destruction of Nestle assets.
- Proper Product Storage & Rotation: check for Expired & Damaged Goods through the chiller retail auditors
- Define the Chiller Strategy and operational plans in order to maximize “on the go” potential ensuring product and brand visibility. Participate in the development of POP materials and placement policy as well as monitoring the needs and inventory levels.
- Managing the maintenance of chillers, track chiller movements and ensure placement of POP and planogram adherence to the chiller and elimination of product contamination.
- Actively participate in product portfolio definition recommending strategic SKUs for channel, new formats and/or elimination.
- Recommend strategic implementation of pricing and margin policy by SKU on its category.

**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- First Degree in Business Management or related Social Science
- Refrigeration Certification is required.
- At least 3 years Sales Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environment, preferably with Beverages and On the Go Consumption Products
- Ability to use networks to influence business activity and financial understanding.
- Strong relationship capabilities with customers and Strong selling skills
- Analytical and strong decision-making abilities.
- Strong Communication (oral/written) Skills to impact.
- Competent in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
