Importante grupo empresarial multinacional de origen belga, uno de los principales operadores portuarios y logísticos a nível mundial. En Uruguay se encuentra presente desde los años 90 con emprendimientos en el sector logístico. En el año 2001 adquiere el 80% del paquete accionario de la terminal especializada de contenedores del puerto de Montevideo, Terminal Cuenca del Plata, asociándose con el Estado uruguayo a través de la Administración Nacional de Puertos (ANP). Desde el comienzo de nuestro trabajo en el puerto de Montevideo hemos realizado importantes inversiones para dotar a la Compañía del equipamiento e infraestructura de clase mundial necesarios para consolidar a Montevideo como referencia en el cono sur.
**Description

As our ICT Testing responsible, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing process for all IT solutions, software products, including both the current project and future ones. This will involve collaborating closely with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to define test strategies, develop test plans, and oversee test execution.

**Key responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Creating, maintaining, and executing test cases and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Leading team of software testers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they perform their roles to the highest standards.
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborating with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, isolate, and resolve defects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining testing environments, tools, and equipment to ensure that they are up-to-date, reliable, and suitable for the task at hand.
- Monitoring and reporting on test results, providing regular updates on testing progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting on helpservices results, providing regular report to the IT manager about business incidents
**Requirements
- Strong background in software testing, with a proven track record of managing and leading testing teams.
- They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- In addition, they should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced English level
