Recruiting from Scratch is a premier talent firm that focuses on placing the best product managers, software, and hardware talent at innovative companies. Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across the United States to help them hire. We work with companies funded by the best investors including Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, Tiger Global Management, A16Z, Accel, DFJ, and more

This role starts at 100% Commission with the ability to earn up to $5-10K per hire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in various meetings such as daily morning syncs, client intake calls, and weekly sourcing team meetings
- Creating job listings that are compliant with all state regulations
- Communicating consistently with both sourcing and recruiting team members on various matters
- Suggesting new ideas to create more efficiency with the RFS sourcing process

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of sourcing experience, the ability to support a wide range of functions (preferred)
- You have mastered successful pipeline management using an ATS, LinkedIn, Github, Facebook, Twitter, and a variety of other channels
- You are naturally curious - someone who enjoys research and likes to hunt
- You have proficient written and verbal communication skills
- You are metrics-driven - you utilize data to help drive your decisions
- You are humble - you're willing to get into the details and you're open to feedback
- You are adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly in our fast-paced startup
- You have a growth mindset - eager to expand your skillset and excited to carve out your career path in a hyper-growth setting
