**Description**:
Training Administrator will provide administrative support to the Global Learning Solutions department. This position will be based on our Montevideo, Uruguay office. We are looking for a strong administrator who has exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks at any one time. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports Global learning solutions team.
- Conducts specific global learning activities for the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Entering new learning requests received, on the global learning tracking management tools, Trackvia and UCMS.
- Ensure that all relevant information has been submitted in order to process learning requests.
- Prepare learning material such as, announcement flyers, training outlines, PowerPoint presentations, ensure that learning materials are aligned with what the client has purchased, branding and editing of all learning material.
- Liaise with translation services to ensure learning material is in local language, if required.
- Create webinar links.
- Host online learning events.
- Create satisfaction surveys and provide satisfaction reports to clients.
- Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders - both internal and external.
- Other duties as required by the Global Learning Solutions team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of time zones.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including sensitivity to working with individuals of different languages, levels of English proficiency.
- Appreciation for cultural diversity.
- Be a good team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency with skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, UCMS, Citrix, JIRA, Visio & SharePoint.
- Fluency in languages other than English is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong aptitude for technology and attention to detail.
- Expertise in establishing & maintaining data quality standards.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and creatively.
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
