We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team

Main Responsabilities

Creating and executing project plans and managing project timelines and roadmaps.
Performing assessments of current Salesforce implementations to provide recommendations about Salesforce adoption and usage and how to make the best return on the investment (ROI).
Generating pre-sale documentation including but not limited to project estimations, Statements of Work (SOW), scope documents, and presentations.
Collaborating with various internal teams including engineering, sales, delivery, operations, and marketing) serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
Facilitating discovery and requirement gathering sessions, demos, and UAT with customers.
Assessing the client's business requirements and recommending solutions that align with their goals.
Coordinating the configuration/build of Salesforce environments according to the client specifications and project scope.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled client project ceremonies, including status updates, demos, and roadmaps for all assigned projects.
Participating and/or leading strategic initiatives, including but not limited to content creation, process documentation and optimization, lessons learned, and account farming for existing clients.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant credentials preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and understand client needs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions.
Experience with requirement gathering.
Experience with Agile Methodologies.
