RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Assurance Testing:
- Conducting thorough testing of systems to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate data and functionality.
2. Data Validation:
- Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through systematic validation processes.
- Collaborating with developers and data analysts to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
3. SQL Expertise:
- Utilizing SQL skills to query and pull data and compare for accuracy within databases for testing purposes.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
4. Documentation:
- Creating comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test cases, and results.
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of QA requirements.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality assurance and testing: manual and automation.
- Must have Front end Web & C#/.NET back-end QA & testing experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be available for some work in US time zone
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation.
- Understanding of spatial data formats and standards.
