We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Appointment Setter to join their team to support and drive the growth of their client base.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct cold calls to small businesses using a provided list of leads.
Utilize a sales script to engage potential clients, identify their needs, and introduce their payment processing solution.
Schedule appointments with small business owners for their sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and providing necessary information for effective follow-up.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of their payment processing system, its features, and its benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Record and track call outcomes, appointments set, and other relevant data.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, representing the company in a manner consistent with its values and mission.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
Seeking an energetic person with the drive to connect with customers.
**Requirements**:
Spanish-speaking
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Familiarity with payment processing systems and the small business landscape is a plus.
**What We Offer**:
Base + commissions model. Base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses and incentives. Performance-based incentives include pay-per-booked appointment and pay per install. These incentive bonuses can be tailored.
