**Position Summary**:
The Order to Cash, Center of Competence is a strategic leader responsible for a NiM Center of Competence and all the Process sub-teams housed within. Ensures execution and continuous improvement of simplified and standardized O2C processes in a shared and collaborative environment - owning and facilitating handover points with CoS and Business in the market
**A day in the life of...**:
1. Execution of strategic directions and developments for efficient operation of Centre of Competence - governed by Global O2C CoC strategy and Market priorities.
2. Clean and efficient execution of key priorities and initiatives developed for the Centre of Competence for internal and external stakeholders. Established Total Service Quality methodology in place for both directions (COS and Business in the Market).
3. Delivers excellence in O2C management in line with business requirements and customers expectations. Synergies across Market and Centre of Scale touch points that drives improved Customer satisfaction.
4. Leadership, guidance, coaching, Global Standardisation opportunities, succession plans, and capability build of the Centre of Competence Managers. Motivated teams within the Centre of Competence. Synergies across Market and Centre of Scale that drive capability and process optimization.
5. Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company.
6. All Nestlé functions across our Value Chain are fully responsible for observing mandatory principles, norms and instructions, for maintaining agreed Quality standards and for constantly improving them.
7. Strict adherence to the WCMS (WHO Code Management System) ensuring full compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé instructions, and any local related law.
**What will make you successful**:
- 6+ years of cross functional exposure across the O2C E2E
- Strong understanding of all areas of business functions across the organization
- Strong leadership, team building, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Social Sciences College/University degree required
