This an end-to-end Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position, it will support Hiring Managers with their staffing needs in +10 countries in Latin America.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will handle all stages of recruiting including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, offering and background check.
You will be responsible for completing every administrative part of the Recruiting process.
You’ll regularly analyze and report your success and perform with a high sense of urgency.

**Requirements**:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
At least 5 years of Recruiting experience.
Advanced level of English is required.
Experience using Workday is highly preferred.
