**Job title: Accounting Coordinator**

**D24** is a payment processing company whose goal is to supply payment solutions in LATAM, APAC & EMEA. We enable companies from all over the world to sell their products and/or services online to end consumers who wish to pay with local payment methods.

We act as a payment service provider for multinational companies targeting customers in Latin America and other emerging markets.

**What you will be doing**:

- Prepare monthly consolidation financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and currency exposure.Analyze variations in income, expenses, and equity balances against monthly reports and financial projections.
- Define and manage the annual accounting closure plan and schedule, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Establish accounting allocations and process flows to maintain data integrity and consistency across records.
- Provide accounting support during new business implementations, ensuring accurate financial transaction integration.
- Actively participate in management system implementations and development of improvements to the current accounting system.
- Identify process and accounting control enhancement opportunities, proposing efficient solutions.
- Manage internal and external audit processes, facilitating auditor collaboration and required documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and report preparation.
- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP Netsuite.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Portuguese language skills (a plus).
- Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Leadership experience - 3 years of leadership roles.
