**Buscamos**:
We seek professionals with a Master/Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, with at least 5-10 years of work experience in a Senior HR role and proficient in Spanish and English (essential).
Must have remarkable experience leading dynamic HR teams in multicultural environments.

**Objetivo de la posición**:
Leads the HR function in the Americas (60 FTE), is accountable for and providing leadership & guidance on all HR areas, and ensures in close cooperation with the Global HR team a consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and practices, including:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Performance Management

Talent Review
Development & Succession Planning

Organizational Design & Development: driving and executing organizational, talent and cultural transformations associated with building a world-class organization
Promotes effective ways of goal setting Reward management (including bonus, LTI)

Employee Engagement and Internal Communication

Responsible for HR operations for the Uruguay office (30 FTE), acts as a coach and Business Partner to and supports the Regional Interfood MT in all operational HR matters.
Drives, challenges, coaches, supports leaders in change and transformation.

Acts as culture steward; ensuring that the company culture, purpose and values continue to thrive, while also driving change across the Region to achieve a ?World Class Team?.
Works closely with the Global HR team to provide input on the improvement and development of global HR policies, tools and practices and implements these in the Region.
