**Description

You will be part of a team that wants to revolutionize the body shop repair industry by creating standardizations in repair protocols, automating systems, enhancing the customer experience, and combining various data sources to one tool.

**The main duties are**:

- Identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen the business process
- Drive, prioritize and manage all Sprint Backlog
- Define, document, deliver and test all non-functional specifications
- Schedule and lead required meetings in a timely manner to finalize and modify required requirements
- Create mockups, prototypes, system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of Product Roadmaps and Backlogs.
- Participate as a business analyst in an agile environment including the creation of user stories, user story estimation, sprint planning, demo, retrospective.
- Work directly with development teams
- Write documentation including user stories that help take business requirements to working software
**Requirements
- 3+ years of experience Systems/Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in a technology industry
- Experience with virtual/augmented reality technologies
- JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and other business analysis tools
- APIs, database and complex dataflow
- Excellent analytic capabilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills; detail-orientation; excellent follow through
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional technical teams without formal authority. Strong communication skills
- Experience in writing, managing and executing all levels of testing including functional, systems integration, UAT and regression resulting in high quality product deliverables
- Able to establish and manage both business and technology team members to define dependencies and deadlines to meet critical project delivery dates
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields
