We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a key player in our organization, responsible for the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Main Responsibilities
Leading the design and implementation of well-architected Salesforce solutions.
Collaborating with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
Collaborating with defining the technical roadmap for the project.
Communicating technical designs and decisions to stakeholders.
Providing guidance and support to administrators and developers.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce products, features and technologies, and incorporate them into the solution design as applicable.
Researching Salesforce clouds, products and best practices.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Leveraging technical expertise to guide and mentor junior team members, increasing overall team competency and performance.
**Requirements**:
At least 5 years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and understand client needs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
Comprehensive knowledge in diverse Salesforce domains, including but not limited to AppExchange, Process Automation, and Data Management.
Experience with various Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and other Salesforce technologies.
Solid experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with Agile Methodologies.
