**About the position**:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
**Location**: San José, Costa Rica
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, Full Time. From 7:00 am to 7:00 a.m - 4:00 pm, or from 9:00 a.m - 6:00 pm.
**Contract Type**: Open-ended.
**Job Purpose**:
Execution of specific and specialized tasks according to the client's needs within the reception area of the client's buildings. Attention to internal and external clients and other contractors working within the client's facilities, reporting directly to the Front Desk leader. The client's Receptions are in charge of the following tasks: making and activation of badges, administration and control of office supplies, administration, control and maintenance of printing equipment, locker administration and control, administrative support to the client, reports requested by the client and reservation of rooms and coordination of access to the buildings, tasks performed through the tools provided by the client.
**Responsibilities**:
Answer calls and the different chats provided by the client for communication with associates.
Attend associates visiting the Front Desk to request information or services from the different Team departments.
Control, request the purchase, manage, and provide office supplies to those who request them, using the tool provided by the client and the bi-weekly inventory control that evidences the consumption of the same.
Attend visits and record them in the tool provided by the client following the previously established process and complying with security policies.
Execute the work of preparation, assignment, destruction, change and reports of Badge, through the tool provided by the customer, to ensure the availability of badges to associates and vendors when they are requested.

Provide administrative support to those who request it, such as reception and sending of documents, reservation of meeting rooms, assignment of permissions for printing or reservation of rooms, follow-up to various tasks of the department, reports, and others of similar nature.
**Requirements**:
**Students or professionals in Careers such as**: Administration, Customer Service or Hospitality and Tourism.
1 year experience in reception or administrative positions related to customer service.
Office, Outlook and other tools.
Experience in handling office equipment, printers, fax and others.
Fluent in verbal and written English (B1 level).
