Take on the challenge of working with projects that will enhance your professional development.

That person would handle feature development, development and app publishing lifecycle (setting up automated builds, TestFlight, publishing to App Store, etc), and simplifying code (refactoring, updating old libraries, etc.)

As the product evolves, we're excited to create a world-class user interface, develop complex features like dynamic marketplace pricing, and more.

On our working style, we encourage engineers to have autonomy and hold one another to high standards.

The manager is based on US Eastern time zone, and is himself technical and an experienced engineering manager.

We expect this is a team where you'll grow, both as an engineer, and in your effectiveness working on a high-performing team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing the end to end app development lifecycle (multiple schemas for dev/internal testing/release, TestFlight, App Store publishing, and more).
- Desire to self-manage as an engineer: being trusted to manage projects, ability to clearly communicate progress, report progress with product or technical demos, and more.
- Desire to improve the app & tooling to make engineers more efficient (refactoring to simplify the codebase, improving tooling, etc.)
- Excellent English communication.
- Your time zone is UTC-8 - UTC+3. We’re flexible on work hours, though we require a few hours to overlap with the Eastern US.
