We are looking at expanding our LPO operation in Uruguay, and as a result of internal promotions, we are looking forward to onboard the next generation of advanced Law Students to start their internal career with Altisource Uruguay and who will assist the pool of in house Counsels and drive the contract management for our global organization.

If this description so far sounds like you, please take a look at the day to day responsibilities of our Legal Assistants from the Contracts Management team:

- Provide legal assistance to Counsels on different areas, including research, drafting of documents, tracking of documents, processing documents for execution.
- Acquire a general knowledge of the company’s legal relationships with vendors and clients.
- Assist different business units and departments with legal requests.
- Review and abstract contracts.
- Other legal projects and key initiatives, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Student pursuing a degree in Law with up to 2 years to complete such degree.
- Master the English language at an advanced or bilingual oral and written level.
- Special interest in corporate law.
- Job experience is a plus.
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
