**We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team**

With a focus on international transactions, AstroPay addresses the complexities of local markets, offering fast and efficient solutions across thousands of consumer-recognized payment methods.
**Tasks**:
The task of forecasting a company’s financials requires both an understanding of the company’s historical performance as well as an understanding of the key assumptions and trends that may impact future performance. This requires a broad understanding of both accounting and business operations. As a result, FP&A team member will be in contact with all areas of the company including operations, sales, marketing etc.

Establishing cost structures, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital.

Lead and support the business with commercial and financial analysis and reports.

Establishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Develop monthly/quarterly management reports regarding the underlying performance, leading indicators, validation of plan assumptions, and key metrics on the business.
- Creating charts, tables and graphs to present data in an effective format
- Monitoring industry news and developments
- Analyse operational and financial data for senior management.
- Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organisation.
- Building annual budgets and forecasts
- Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management
- Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
- Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value

**Requirements**:

- +2 years of working in financial areas
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environment
- Well organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to changing demands of the role
