As our **Field Sales Coordinator,** you will be responsible for achieving customer specific sales targets and in-store visibility objectives by building a strong relationship with key contacts to optimise current opportunities while constantly finding new ways to grow the business in a relief capacity. This includes strictly implementing the In-Call Execution and 6C Selling customer management methodologies, to get the most out of funds invested in with the customer.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Achieving customer specific NNS sales target, ensure on time collections and in-store visibility objectives are met to support the overall channel's goals.
- Being fully aware and in control of stocks, especially in the back-store and being the first point of merchandiser supervision to ensure product rotation and eliminate bad goods / expiries.
- Walking each store with the merchandiser at least once per week.
- Adequately stocking stores with the relevant portfolio and ensuring all scheduled in-store executions done on time.
- Ensuring on-time collections from the customers and verifying that they are working within their respective limits.
- Closely managing the customer's account ensuring all investments and claims are settled each month.
- Bringing customer Points of interest to the Generating Demand team for development of additional opportunities.
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- At least 1 year of field sales experience.
- Experience with supermarkets will be an asset.
- Results driven and willing to take initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
