We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team

**Responsabilities**:

- Performing assessments of current Salesforce implementations to provide recommendations about Salesforce adoption and usage and how to make the best return on the investment (ROI).
- Generating pre-sale documentation including but not limited to project estimations, Statements of Work (SOW), scope documents, and presentations.
- Collaborating with various internal teams including engineering, sales, delivery, operations, and marketing serving as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Facilitating discovery and requirement gathering sessions, demos, and UAT with customers.
- Assessing the client's business requirements and recommending solutions that align with their goals.
- Coordinating the configuration/build of Salesforce environments according to the client specifications and project scope.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled client project ceremonies, including status updates, demos, and roadmaps for all assigned projects.
- Designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce (i.e Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience implementing solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce process automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flows.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant credentials preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and understand client needs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
