Summary

Provides support to internal point of contact with the overall management of clients within the assigned base, across all verticals and industries. Evaluates and leverages global client performance trends to meet and exceed client expectations through the efficient coordination of resources across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities
- Drives new business opportunities within the assigned account base to expand revenue and improve profitability.
- Collaborates with Operations and clients to identify new service offerings and/or increase market share with existing clients.
- Provides leadership for cross-departmental teams on all contract renewals, negotiations, and client proposals.
- Support and motivate Operations to introduce solutions based on understanding of clients’ business needs and Alorica’s capabilities.
- Ensures performance issues are appropriately escalated and resolved through the implementation of action plans and/or process improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of client management and/or combination of client management and call center experience required.
- Proven ability to work at SVP/VP levels of clients to drive strategic growth of Alorica share of wallet.
- Proven track record in solutions-based relationships. Previous data management experience. Fact-based decision-making skills, financial acumen, sales and contract management experienced is required.
- Demonstrated creativity in analyzing and identifying solutions.
- Industry knowledge of interaction centers and specific business verticals.
- Ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization and client management.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
