**Main Objective of the Position**:
**Main Tasks**:

- Efficient monitoring of the export flow operations, minimizing risks and possible supply chain interruptions
- Offer the best and most efficient possible visibility of operations to customers
- Analysis of operational performance through the analysis of KPIs, and improvement plans proposal in accordance with proximity with the assigned operation
- Follow up of the established objectives of the area. Analysis of monthly closing, and proposal of improvement plans.
- Participate in work sessions with business units, giving visibility to operations.
- Participate in the operative meetings of the team, following operational issues, with focus on efficiency and process improvement.
- Check and validate the documentation issued and received, to be in accordance to country requirements and ensuring its accuracy to minimize impacts.
- Interact with Brokers/Freight Forwarders/Carriers and other service providers, ensuring they receive the correct information to prepare export declaration, booking and delivery.
- Cooperate with the team to standardize export processes, working closely with legal entities

**Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position**:

- ** Education |** Advanced student or graduate in Supply Chain Management, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
- ** Work Experience |** 1 to 3 years of experience in import and export areas or international trade
- ** Languages | **Fluency in English is required for the position..Knowledge in Portuguese will be highly valued.
- ** Technical Skills | **Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.
- ** Soft Skills **| Dynamic profile, adaptable and versatile.
