**Company Overview**:
Marco is a Fintech firm focused on financing underserved SME exporters in Latin America. Born out of the Antler Accelerator in New York, Marco has raised over $16MM+ in Equity from distinguished investors and has a $200MM credit facility. With a profitable lending business model and an underserved market, Marco is looking to add another Credit Analyst to the team. This role will have high impact potential within the Marco team.

**Responsibilities**:
Credit Analysts will perform all due diligence procedures on applicants prior to credit committee review. This includes but is not limited to:

- Monitor client facilities by conducting daily evaluations
- Responsible for reviewing legal documentation and ensuring proper administrative follow up of credit decisions
- Responsible for conducting company and industry research as necessary
- Credit process improvement

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in an underwriting role within the financial services. Ideally at least 2 years in Investment Banking or Big Four Accounting
- Experience in cross-border transactions is a plus
- Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models
- Fintech and CPA experience is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks at hand
- Spanish speaking proficiency is highly desirable; Fluency in English is required
