La persona que ocupe la posición tendrá, entre otras, las siguientes responsabilidades: Impulsar la marca a través de acciones para posicionarla en el mercado. Definir y potenciar las estrategias comerciales. Diseñar las estrategias de marketing orientadas al logro de los objetivos. Desarrollar promociones de marketing orientadas a promover ventas. Comprender las necesidades y motivaciones del público objetivo y pensar y poner en marcha campañas de marketing según la información que se capte. Anticiparse a las nuevas tendencias del mercado, del sector y de los consumidores para mantener la marca actualizada. Recorrer puntos de venta con el objeto de verificar el desarrollo de promociones, exhibiciones de los productos y desarrollo comercial en general. Elaborar informes de gestión hacia supervisores, encargados y/o gerentes. Liderar a su equipo integrado por profesionales de marketing, imagen y entrenamiento comercial.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciado(a) en Marketing, Administración o carreras afines. Posgrado en Marketing o Dirección Comercial (valorado) Experiência comercial generalista superior a 5 años en sectores de indumentaria, têxtiles y diseño de interiores (excluyente) Experiência liderando equipos comerciales, ventas y/o marketing.
