Oil Accountant

**Main Purpose**:Financial records cleansing and reconciliation, support project deliverables, month-end closing and reporting.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge and Skills: _
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable role
- Experience of managing debtors, creditors and accruals ageing
- Good understanding of Excel is essential
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills - verbal and written both in Spanish and English
- Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
- Flexible attitude and self-motivated
- Experience in projects to migrate Accounting System valued
- Oracle Fusion skills valued
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Analyze and ensure correct balances and transactions are booked within accounts by currency and nature
- Cleanup, reconciliation and analysis of aged receivables and payables, intercompany entries, accruals and others
- Reconciliations between modules (AP/AR/FA/Others) and G/L
- Support month-end closing activities
- Support Project Lead with Project deliverables such as Reports, Test Data, Test Transactions
- Other reporting and transacting
