RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design specifications for interface development.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable interfaces using the Spring Framework and Java.
- Implement front-end components and user interfaces that adhere to design specifications and usability standards.
- Optimize interface performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user interactions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to interface development.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning sessions to contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer - minimum 5 yrs experience - with a focus on interface development using the Spring Framework.
- Proficiency in Java programming language as well as Python and C#, for the Spring Framework modules such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, PostgresSQL, SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React, Vue.js).
- Experience with RESTful API integration and web services development.
- Experience with data mapping, within and outside of Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Experience with AI a plus
- MUST be available for some meetings on CST and PST time zones.
