**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support GTC systems.
- Identifies opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Assists in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
- Performs other IT-related work as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must Have - Strong knowledge and capabilities with Open-Source technologies (Wordpress, WAMP, LAMP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SQL Server concepts (stored procedures, views, schema, entity framework, etc.)
- Strong Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (Azure and/or AWS)
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate status with IT and Business partners, stakeholders and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the scope of project status, issues, and risks across multiple project initiatives and platforms and determine the key points that need to be communicated and acted upon.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
