**Tableau Designer and Administrator**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Tableau Online Administration including
- adding and removing users,
- reviewing and managing security, and
- monitoring extract scheduled refreshes.
- Tableau User Onboarding, Training, and Support
- Driving User Adoption through
- recommending and implementing site organization strategies,
- developing and maintaining design templates and style guides, and
- hosting regular tips and training sessions.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Support the Business Insights and Analytics Manager as needed
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance existing and develop new dashboards to monitor KPIs and ratios and expose outliers.
- Stay up to date on Tableau features and data visualization trend and technologies.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ Years experience Administering Tableau Online.
- 4+ Years designing Tableau dashboards.
- Above average Excel skills.
- Proactive attitude to Tableau enhancements and bringing existing site closer to best practices.
- A proactive team-player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a MUST.
- Ability to grasp new concepts and understand problems quickly and create solutions in a timely manner.
- The willingness to both offer, and receive, constructive feedback.
**Bonus Points**:
- History of Tableau Community involvement.
- Alteryx experience.
- SQL Experience.
- Power BI Experience.
- Digital and/ or Linear Broadcast Media experience
- Knowledge of Agile principles.
- Jira Experience.
