**Position Summary**:
As the **Distributor Coordinator, **you will be responsible for the development of the business of Distributors by ensuring that the Channel Plans are executed, supervise and coach the distributor’s Sales Force, accounts receivable, customer’s sell-out performance and Sales concentration of the channel and stock rotation. categories as assigned.

**A day in the life of...**:
1. Supervise the operations (both BackOffice & Commercial) of our Distributor, to ensure that the Nestlé Service is provided to our BOP Customers & Consumers by guaranteeing:
2. Frequent, Consistent and Reliable Service

3. The availability of Quality and Affordable Products

4. Effective Execution of Trade Activities (Brand & Channel Plans).

5. Develop and Implement Distributor Plans to achieve objectives: Targets: NNS, OG, RIG, OP1, etc

6. Trade visits to ensure execution of channel plans, Supervising and coaching of Distributor’s Sales Reps

7. POP Placement and Maintenance

8. Preparing orders and coordinate delivery cycles of the distributors with CSR and warehouse. Ensure back orders are filled and preparation of bad goods.

9. Proper Product Storage & Rotation: check for Expired & Damaged Goods

10. Review and communicating performance of Distributors, accounts receivables, tracking TTS and ensuring a return of investment.

11. Visit Distributor’s Warehouse

12. Able to lead a third-party sales force, coaching and aligning them to the business vision

13. Trade visits to ensure execution of channel plans, Supervising and coaching of Distributor’s Sales Reps

**What will make you successful**:

- 3-5 years FMCG experience
- 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- First Degree in Business Management /Administration or Marketing
- Strong Marketing experience
- Computer literate and strong achievement focus
- Has experience in negotiation
- Excellent Communication skills (Written & verbal)
- Logical thinking skills, problem assessment and resolution oriented
- Good team player and experience with cross cultural groups
- Demonstrated experience in working under pressure
