Since its inception in 2009, **AstroPay** has grown from a prepaid voucher provider in Brazil to become the online payment solution of choice for a rapidly growing global community of millions of passionate users in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe.

**This role will be part of our Gaming Business Unit**
At **BONOXS** we seek to provide access to all gamers around the world to their favorite content.
Emerging economies have major operational problems to process online payments. Many people wishing to consume these goods cannot get them due to not being able to use conventional forms of payment, typically international credit cards.
That is why in BONOXS we give access to the best brands in the video game industry by selling prepaid cards and accepting local payment methods.
Nowadays we have a strong community that chooses us on a monthly basis, mostly in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, but our plans for this year are to expand and position the brand at the top of Latin America and the world.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with retailers and publishers and other companies in the Gaming industry.
- Detecting and developing new business opportunities to expand the reach and offerings of the company.
- 100% result and client-oriented position.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments, and identifying opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the success of the company.
- Make data-driven decisions to advise on campaign and software improvement opportunities.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with partners and vendors.
- Recognize and carry out cross-selling opportunities.
**What you'll need**
- Sales Shark
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the digital gaming industry, including current trends and developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
- Previous experience with online payments and/or Gaming Industry is a nice to have.
- Outstanding English level is a must.
