What You'll Do Carry out billing for all countries where Kids Corp has a company and for commercial partners in Mexico, reconcile the campaigns billed monthly with them. Constantly talk with clients and agencies so that the documentation sent is correct. being the link between agency and client. Carry out the collection process for each Kids Corp company subsidiary and impact it in our files. Review and complete the information to register our new clients, send documentation, fill out forms, etc. Review and reconcile the numbers delivered, with what is reflected in hubspot and kite, if the information is not correct, ask the person responsible to correct it. Also reconcile previously sent reports, prepare reconciliation letters and sign them with our clients Review, reconcile and give confirmation so that commission percentages are paid to the agencies. Upload invoices issued to all customer portals in Mexico and validate that the information reaches them correctly. Implies the usage of 5 billing systems and several client systems where we must upload the invoices and related documentation. Monthly impact withholdings for Argentina correctly so that taxes can be accrued, and perform bank reconciliations. Within collections, for Mexico, make the corresponding payment complements and load them into the clients’s systems to avoid fines or sanctions. Check that the information in the CRM (Hubspot) is correct and if we do not have the documents such as a purchase order, etc., request them from the client.

**Requisitos**:
What It Takes To Succeed Professional or student in the final year of the Public Accountant, Business Administration, or related degree program. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions Experience in Startups will be highly valued Initiative, Proactivity and Communication skills Self-motivated, entrepreneurial Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (B2 or above) Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
