- Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a **Asistente de Cuentas por Pagar **para incorporar a importante Laboratorio Multinacional.
Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:
- Realizar el procesamiento diario de las transacciones de cuentas por pagar de conformidad con el acuerdo de nível de servicio.
- Verificar la validez de las transacciones y los anexos para comprobar que cumplen con las políticas de la empresa, las normas de información financiera y los requisitos de gestión.
- Supervisar las cuentas de los proveedores para garantizar que los pagos estén al día.
- Realizar la conciliación de los proveedores cuando se considere necesario.
- Ayudar a crear, actualizar y mantener los datos maestros de los proveedores.
- Soporte en los cierres de mes.
- Soporte en las auditorías internas y externas.
- Trabajar en proyectos ad hoc o especiales según las indicaciones de la dirección.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiantes avanzados o recientemente egresados de Contador Público, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carreas afines.
- Idioma inglés nível intermedio (valorado).
- Idioma Portugués (valorado).
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas, siendo una ventaja un buen dominio del sistema SAP/ERP (valorado).
- Serán competencias clave la orientación a resultados, la innovación, oportunidad de mejora, comunicación ante diversos interlocutores, la resolución de problemas, capacidad de análisis y la disposición a colaborar.Jornada de trabajo: full time
