How to contribute to our vision:
Project Delivery & Commercial:
- Technical coordination of the overall project in collaboration with Field Resource Manager & MAJP
Project Manager
- Ensures availability of equipment, tools, labour, parts, consumables & logistics in collaboration with
the support functions
- Initiates and coordinates procurements processes as required
- Responsible for identifying, mitigating and escalating deviations re; schedule, budget, scope as well
as other performances (HSE, QM)
- Enables efficient execution of all activities with a strong focus on safe work
- Documentation management
Project Delivery:
- Accepts responsibility for the project within given Limits of Authority
- Creates communication plan, project meeting & other infrastructure as required - Promotes HSE & Quality culture within the entire project team
Project Delivery:
- Reviews handover documentation and creates project plan as required to ensure efficient delivery
of all project requirements
- Creates, monitors and updates project schedule
- Ensures availability of technical documentation to site as required in collaboration with MAJP
Project Manager and Field Resource Manager
- Ensures availability of qualified resources and of work instructions/ procedures in collaboration with
MAJP Project Manager and Field Resource Manager
- Ensures availability of all required tools & equipment, qualified labour, parts and consumables
- Shares project status reports with (internal) customer and line management to ensure transparency
on the project status
What you need to make a difference:
- Knowledge and/or experience in the industrial maintenance area
- Office Package
- Excel advanced
- SAP - nice to have
- Availability to travel for short and medium periods of time both inside and outside the country
- Skills to handle multiple work fronts simultaneously
- Good handling of situations under pressure
- Availability to travel for short and medium periods of time inside and outside the country
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- English intermediate written/spoken - nice to have
- Portuguese intermediate spoken - nice to have
