**Qualifications**
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet and Professional Services.
- Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in IT and Healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws
- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
Pay: $U20,000.00 - $U30,000.00 per month
