DMA is looking for a lead generation specialist responsible for generating cold and warm leads to develop new business opportunities. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining lead-generation strategies consistent with the company's core values of trust, transparency, collaboration, passion, and commitment in all operational aspects.
**Detailed job duties include**:
- For regular sales cycles, lead generation of new leads, both cold and warm leads.
- Responsible for getting potential client meetings scheduled with sales reps to meet targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are correctly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue.
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Provide support on marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the manager to improve conversion rates across multiple channels.
**Qualification**
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and sales automation
Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
Must have strong communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Pay: From $U21,000.00 per month
